Third, Scammers have become professionals. They evolved at a much higher rate than anyone else. The scam sites even after scamming people, don’t get shut down easily.
Understand this point clearly, when you file a complaint and they offer your refund. It means they are refunding you (no matter if they are returning pennies).
They got your email ids and other information. Now they send different offers to you like get a voucher for a 60% discount and other offers. They have the audacity to send these offers to their victims.
