How to deal with continuous problems in life?

Sometimes in life, things unfold automatically. You’ve done nothing wrong, yet misfortunes keep arriving. Just as you resolve one issue, another appears. Life begins to feel like a haunting cycle, as if something bad is always around the corner. Continuous problems in life hamper our mental health. It is essential to understand why continuous problems in life occur. And a way to deal with them.

There are many ways to navigate such eccentric phases, but the most crucial is perception. The way we perceive our problems shapes how we solve them. I once heard a sage say: when a person’s good deeds are nearing completion, God begins to shower them with blessings. And when a person’s bad deeds are coming to an end, God sends challenges to help clear the residue of past karma.

It may seem contradictory, but they say that is the way of God. Maya creates illusion—this is why appearances can be deceiving.

It’s not easy to steer the vehicle of life through storms, yet it’s equally true that once the storm passes, a sunrise awaits. The only solution I’ve found for such scenarios is simple and direct: keep moving forward. Let things be as they are. Face the problems at hand, one at a time, and do so consciously.

Conscious engagement is vital because nothing under the sun is truly new. The psychological struggles we face today were once faced by our elders. Those who dealt with them consciously became wise; those who merely endured the pain often remained anxious. I believe the whole point of life is to become wise.

Often, the situations that haunt us in our minds never materialise in reality. Most of our mental demons remain powerless—until we start feeding them. How do we feed them? Through overthinking and dwelling on negative thoughts.

The mind is a mysterious organ. If we keep telling it that water is orange, it will begin to perceive it that way.

Be wise, deal with problems consciously, and always remember—whenever you find yourself in a stretch where challenges keep coming without pause, good times are just ahead. Keep going. Focus on solving what’s in front of you. Because not giving up is the only true solution
