Scam Characteristics of Dogeminer

Many people might have earned money from this site, we believe in all of them as this site is using Ponzi Scheme to scam us, they have to pay some of its members. In sites like Dogeminer, people who invested their money in the initial stage of the site will earn a few bucks.

A. This site is using a Ponzi Scheme which is an illegal scheme. A Ponzi scheme is the one in which a company pays its members (said interest) from the investment made by the new member.

This way a chain gets started and saturation points come after which the company had a big debt over it (taken from the people). The company stops paying the member and then soon get shut down. Ponzi scheme is not a new method to cheat people. The usage of it in bitcoins shows the evolution of scammers.

B. Ponzi Scheme has been banned by almost every nation on the earth. Under this scheme, the people who invest in the initial stages of the company get benefits and make a few bucks.

Payments to some people provide the site with some leverage to scam others as some people have proof of payments and they promote and support such schemes and bring more people to such sites.

C. Dogeminer has no real business. On their site, they have mentioned mine Dogecoins with them instantly after registering for free. One point we all must understand is that there is nothing free in this world.

This trick works in many ways. Today many cloud mining sites have opened online the only difference between a genuine site and a scam site is that a genuine site is not free, you have to pay to use their system.

D. We all want to make money, therefore, we believe in someone whenever they use heavy words like cloud mining, algorithm, etc. In reality, they have no place to mine the Dogecoin.

Don’t fall for this, words have always been the weapon of such people. They know how to lure people by offering them something they want. For instance, Free mining or high ROI (Return on Investment) in a short period.

E. The site is poorly managed and they have placed everything on their homepage. In the name of testimonials, they have only one testimonial which is fake. It is not new, many scam sites use fake testimonials to make people believe in them.

F. This site has not provided any information about its owner or maker. Transparency is zero on this site. It simply means they are hiding their identity because they are not a genuine site.

Any site dealing directly or indirectly with money they must provide the right information about its owner. Transparency is imperative to know whether any site is committed to its work or not.
